Our Story

Unknown Collective comes from a genuine love for cars that goes back long before the RSQ8.

Our family grew up around cars, working on and restoring classic old-school builds, so the passion has always been there. But once we got into the Audi RSQ8 and the 4.0T platform, it became something different.

The more time we spent modifying the RSQ8, learning the platform, and working with the team at Power Division, the more we fell in love with it. Somehow, a car we already thought was incredible just kept becoming more exciting with every modification.

At the same time, we started getting more involved in the Audi community. What stood out right away was how helpful and positive the community was. People were always willing to share information, answer questions, and help each other out.

Before long, we found ourselves doing the same thing, helping other owners with questions, sharing what we had learned, and talking through different setups and modifications.

That community is a huge part of what Unknown Collective is built around.

Why Unknown

Unknown Collective really started from our love for the 4.0T platform and everything we experienced while building our own car.

Like most enthusiasts, we made some mistakes along the way. We bought parts, changed directions, learned what worked, learned what didn't, and spent a lot of time researching different options.

Through that process, we became close friends with the team at Power Division.

Seeing how passionate they are about these cars made us appreciate the platform even more. These aren't just products to them. They live and breathe the 4.0T platform, and their knowledge, engineering, and results speak for themselves.

The more time we spent with them, the more we knew we wanted to work together.

We also realized there was a real opportunity in the U.S. There was already strong demand for Power Division products and builds, but no dedicated U.S. partner giving owners local access, support, and guidance.

That's where Unknown Collective came in.

We wanted to bring one of the strongest names in the European 4.0T world to the U.S. while creating something that felt personal, approachable, and built by enthusiasts who actually own and modify these cars themselves.

Built Differently

One thing that matters a lot to us is having real experience with the platforms we support.

We own and modify an Audi RSQ8, and we've spent countless hours learning the 4.0T platform through our own build, conversations with other owners, and working directly with Power Division.

We know what it's like to research a modification for weeks, wonder whether something is worth the money, deal with compatibility issues, rethink a setup, or just want someone knowledgeable to give you an honest answer.

That's the kind of experience we want to bring to every customer.

We're not here to simply sell you a part. We want to help you build the right setup for your car and your goals.

Power Division

Unknown Collective is the exclusive U.S. partner for Power Division.

Power Division has built some of the fastest and most capable cars on the 4.0T platform and has established a strong reputation throughout Europe.

Their experience spans Audi, Lamborghini, Porsche, Bentley, and other high-performance European platforms, with a focus on developing parts and solutions that actually perform.

What started as us being customers and enthusiasts eventually grew into a real friendship and partnership.

Now our goal is to bring that same experience, knowledge, and passion to owners here in the United States.

What's Next

We're still at the beginning, and that's honestly one of the most exciting parts.

The bigger vision includes events, media, apparel, partnerships, exclusive automotive experiences, and a community of owners who genuinely enjoy helping each other and being part of something bigger than just the cars themselves.
